Jill is project manager at I-SPHERE.

Jill coordinates and works on a series of research projects including:

• Homelessness and Black and Minoritised Ethnic Communities in the UK – Knowledge and Capacity Building Programme – I-SPHERE (hw.ac.uk)

• Destitution in the UK – I-SPHERE (hw.ac.uk)

• Ending Street Homelessness – I-SPHERE (hw.ac.uk)

• Evaluating the impact of the Homeless World Cup

Jill is a law graduate with a wealth of experience in public policy, evaluation and research. Prior to joining I-SPHERE in 2017, Jill’s roles included freelance evaluation consultant, Policy and Research manager at sportscotland, Private Secretary and Policy Advisor at the Home Office.
