Adrienne is I-SPHERE research intern, the first under our Homelessness Prevention Programme funded by Oak.  Adrienne is working on a 9-month research project investigating homelessness prevention for people transitioning from asylum seeker to refugee. The project hopes to understand how current preventative measures in different areas of the UK compare, and how they can be improved.

Adrienne has recently completed her Master’s in International Political Theory where her studies focussed on statelessness, human rights, social justice, and community.

Adrienne believes that strengthening ties in a community is important for improving access to one’s rights and needs. She has therefore volunteered in multiple community projects, most recently in the Conversation Club at Refuweegee, a weekly event designed to help refugees practice their English skills.
